thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams; for the Lord your God is proving you to know whether ye love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

You shall not listen to the words of that prophet or to that dreamer of dreams. For the Lord your God is testing you to know whether you love the Lord your God with all your [mind and] heart and with your entire being.

If the prophet says this, don't listen! The Lord your God will be watching to find out whether or not you love him with all your heart and soul.

Thou shalt not hear the words of that prophet or dreamer: for the Lord your God trieth you, that it may appear whether you love him with all your heart, and with all your soul, or not.
Don’t listen to them, because the Lord your God is testing you. He wants to know if you love him with all your heart and all your soul.
but do not listen to that prophet's message. The Lord your God is using this person to test your thoughts. He wants to know if you really love him in everything that you think and everything that you do.

But you must not listen to that prophet or dreamer. The Lord your God is testing you. He is finding out if you love him with your whole being.

don’t listen to him. For the Lord is testing you to find out whether or not you really love him with all your heart and soul.
When a prophet or visionary gets up in your community and gives out a miracle-sign or wonder, and the miracle-sign or wonder that he gave out happens and he says, “Let’s follow other gods” (these are gods you know nothing about), “let’s worship them,” don’t pay any attention to what that prophet or visionary says. God, your God, is testing you to find out if you totally love him with everything you have in you. You are to follow only God, your God, hold him in deep reverence, keep his commandments, listen obediently to what he says, serve him—hold on to him for dear life!
you must not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams, for the Lord your God is testing you, to know whether you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
Yahweh your Elohim is testing you to find out if you really love Yahweh your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul.
saying, “Let us go after other gods,” whom you have not known, “and let us serve them,” and the sign or wonder foretold to you comes to pass,
you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer of dreams; for the Lord your God is testing you to find out whether you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

and that miraculous sign or wonder occurs, and he says to you, “Let us seek after other gods which we have not previously known and serve them,”
But you must not listen to those prophets or dreamers. The Lord your God is testing you, to find out if you love him with your whole being.
You must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer, for the Lord your God will be testing you to see if you love him with all your mind and being.
So you must not listen to what that prophet or dreamer has said. The Lord your God is testing you. He wants to know whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Don’t listen to what that prophet or dreamer says! The Eternal your God is testing you to see whether you really do love Him completely, with your whole heart and soul.

thou shalt not hear the words of that prophet, either of that dreamer; for your Lord God assayeth you, that he know openly whether ye love him, either nay, in all your heart, and in all your soul. (thou shalt not listen to the words of that prophet, or of that dreamer; for the Lord your God trieth, or testeth, you, to clearly know whether ye love him, or not, with all your heart, and with all your soul.)
